Client Experience & Hospitality Guide
A professional packet for prospective and confirmed clients, promoters, production teams, venues, agencies and corporate partners.
A sponsor-ready, tour-ready brand presentation for a nationally traveling culinary hospitality brand.

GMG helped position Mrs. O as more than a caterer—presenting her as a polished hospitality brand built for tours, backstage environments, premium events and national partnership conversations.
The assignment focused on sharpening the public-facing presentation, organizing the brand story, and creating sponsor-facing and client-facing materials that matched the quality of the real work already happening behind the scenes.
The goal was to create materials that could support corporate outreach, hospitality sales conversations, sponsor proposals and live-event visibility.
Mrs. O already had real touring experience, strong hospitality execution and an established operational story. What was needed was a more cohesive public presentation that could communicate her value to promoters, production teams, corporate partners and sponsors.
GMG organized the brand story around culinary leadership, backstage hospitality, dependable execution and national tour readiness. From there, we created visual and written materials that could support outreach, relationship-building and credibility in higher-level rooms.
The result was a more credible, marketable and presentation-ready brand package—one that better matched Mrs. O's experience and made it easier to communicate her value in both hospitality and partnership conversations.
This body of work gave GMG a strong foundation for supporting brand growth, sponsor outreach and ongoing visibility-building.
These deliverables helped translate live operating experience into a cleaner business-development and brand-presentation system.

A beauty and wellness brand case study centered on product-line organization, visual presentation and consumer-facing brand development.
GMG supported Unique Prismatic Aura by helping shape a more organized, marketable and visually consistent brand presence across products, promotional materials and brand storytelling.
The work focused on moving the line from a collection of products to a stronger consumer brand with recognizable visual language, clearer product families and more polished sales presentation.
Unique Prismatic Aura spans body, hair, skin, fragrance and herbal wellness products. The challenge was to strengthen consistency across the line while making the brand easier to present, market and understand.
GMG approached the assignment through brand organization, packaging direction and collateral development—helping establish a unified look that could work across soaps, washes, serums, fragrance and wellness products.
The result was a more polished, consumer-friendly presentation that made the line feel more cohesive and elevated. Product visuals, promotional graphics and category presentation now better communicate the brand’s herbal-nourishment positioning.

A full brand transformation designed to move a hands-on mobile tire business into a more professional, commercial-ready and vendor-ready position.
GMG rebuilt the presentation around a stronger company name, updated visual identity, clearer service positioning, professional collateral and vendor-facing materials.
The rebrand was designed to help Mr. Treads communicate not only with individual drivers, but also with commercial operators, truck and trailer accounts, fleet prospects and vendor partners.
The visual identity changed, but the larger goal was to create a brand system that better matched the business Mr. Treads was becoming.
An earlier identity centered heavily on the service itself and direct-response contact information.
A more distinctive, scalable brand identity built around mobility, commercial service and the tagline “Where Rubber Meets The Road.”
The business needed a more cohesive identity and clearer market-facing structure that could support 24-hour mobile tire service while also presenting professionally to fleet, trailer, logistics and vendor prospects.
GMG developed a stronger identity system, sharpened the service story and created collateral that presented Mr. Treads as a licensed, insured, responsive mobile service operation capable of supporting commercial relationships.
The rebrand gave Mr. Treads a more professional platform for customer acquisition and commercial business development. The new system supports direct-to-customer service while also giving the company materials suitable for vendor onboarding, fleet conversations and corporate outreach.
The rebrand extended beyond visual identity into the everyday materials the company uses to market, sell and build business relationships.

Reaching Da Streetz serves youth, families and communities through multiple initiatives. The challenge was to make the overall organization easier for families, partners, sponsors and community stakeholders to understand while preserving the distinct purpose of each program.
GMG organized messaging around mission, programs, community impact and engagement. The work includes website presentation, program positioning, sponsor-facing materials, event development and branded communications that help the organization present itself consistently across different audiences.
